Returns & Exchanges

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Some items from CROCUS ship with an attached security tag.
- Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not qualify for a refund.
- Final Sale items (as noted on the website) may not be returned.
- All jewelry and lingerie items are final sale and may not be returned.
- In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You'll get the right color or size fastest if you simply place a new order.
- Once we receive and processed your return, we'll credit your account.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
In order to make a U.S. return or exchange, you must first request a pre-paid shipping label by e-mailing us at email@example.com. When possible, affix the return shipping label to the original packaging in which your order was shipped. Returns within the continental USA are free of charge. Please make sure to include your original packing slip in the returned parcel. You may drop off your return or exchange at any USPS location. To find a USPS drop-off location or to schedule a pick-up, please visit www.usps.com. All returns should be sent to the address below.
In order to make an international return or exchange, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your planned return. We do not cover the cost for international returns or exchanges. When possible, affix the return shipping label to the original box in which your order was shipped.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at CROCUS within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 11-14 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from CROCUS.
