My Returns

Thank you for your business! We accept returns up to 30 days after original purchase date for a refund.  

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original, new condition with receipt and all original tags attached.  If the item was purchased for final sale, it is not eligible to be returned.  We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange so long as it is returned within 30 days. 

In order to make a domestic return or exchange, you must first request a pre-paid shipping label by e-mailing us at info@shopcrocus.com. When possible, affix the return shipping label to the original packaging in which your order was shipped. Returns within the continental US are free of charge. Please make sure to include your original packing slip in the returned parcel. You may drop off your return or exchange at any USPS location. To find a USPS drop-off location or to schedule a pick-up, please visit www.usps.com. All returns should be sent to the address below.

In order to make an international return or exchange, please notify us at info@shopcrocus.com about your planned return. We do not cover the cost for international returns or exchanges. When possible, affix the return shipping label to the original box in which your order was shipped.

Please allow 11-14 days for money to be refunded.  Jewelry and lingerie are not eligible for returns, and all customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please note that if you paid for shipping on the original order, that shipping cost will not be refunded.
